Service Description:

- Announce and/or mail information about important
  A.A. activities and events.

- Create the Group Conscience meeting agenda and present
  copies to the meeting chair (Alt GSR) and other 
  insterested committee members.

- Record minutes of Group Conscience meetings, and
  deliver to the Web Coordinator to post in the Web
  site archive.

- Keep a record of service positions tenure dates.

- Maintain bulletin board, post A.A. announcements,
  bulletins, newsletters, minutes and open service
  position descriptions.

- Make certain that the General Service Office and other
  service entities are informed, in writing, of any changes
  of address, meeting place, or group officers.
