EYEOPENERS Nightwatch Coordinator
One year sobriety, one year term.

Eyeopeners is responsible for answering the phones for 
Central Office (main number for AA in Boulder 
District-24) on Saturday nights from 7PM until 7AM 
Sunday morning. When an Eyeopeners ember signs up to 
cover a shift, the Central Office phones are forwarded 
to their phone during our assigned duty period only.

Answering phones is a flexible service commitment for 
Eyeopeners members. Its a great way for us to reach 
out to new folks interested in AA, visitors to the 
Boulder area, people returning from a relapse, or 
anyone who seeks AA information.

A Nightwatch folder is given as a resource to folks 
covering shifts which contains important phone numbers 
(NA, Alanon, DeTox, etc), a 12th step call list, 
information about taking calls, AA Schedule, etc.


EO Specific Night Watch Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Make sure the phones are covered every Saturday night 
  from 7PM until 7AM Sunday morning (that means YOU cover 
  the phones if no one is signed up).

- Announce open shifts during meetings.

- Maintain a schedule and forward the CO phones to 
  scheduled service people.

- Update Nightwatch packets as necessary, which means 
  maintaining master copies of packet materials.

- Train service volunteers if necessary.
