Service Description:

- Maintain the EO locker stocked with Big Books & 12x12’s,
  the main literature of our program.

- Big Books & 12x12’s are provided by EO at no cost for
  members who cannot afford to purchase the books.

- Be available before and after meetings to provide members
  with literature upon request. Regular attendance to EO
  meetings is very important.

- All books are sold at the same price as purchased from
  central office, no markup is added.

- Maintain the meeting folder stocked with Newcomer Packets
  & Meeting Schedules, both are available at central office.

- Make sure there are enough books available for Tuesday’s
  Big Book and 12x12 Study meetings.  It is recommended that
  a stock of 12 to 15 of each book be available.  Books
  should be clearly marked as Eye Openers books to
  encourage all books returned at the end of each study
  meeting.

- When requested by the Group Conscience, replenish
  pamphlets in main meeting room for the good of all
  newcomers.

- Literature rep may purchase books with his or her
  personal funds then be reimbursed by the group Treasurer
  with proof of purchase.

- Literature rep may also decide to purchase books with
  group Treasurer, if and when the Treasurer is available
  and agrees to do so.

- Any and all proceeds from book sales and donations must
  be given to the Treasurer for deposit in the EO account.
