EYE OPENERS GREETING COORDINATOR
Group Conscience Suggests (NOT insists):
  - Six Months sobriety
  - One year term
  - You have a sponsor
  - Attend monthly group conscience

Service Description:

- Obtain volunteers to serve as greeting persons for
  each Eye Openers AA Meeting, Monday through Sunday. 

- Obtain volunteers to serve as assistant/alternate/
  backup greeting persons for each Eye Openers AA
  Meeting, Monday through Sunday. 

- Remind greeters ahead of time to maximum extent
  possible without becoming a pain. 

- Encourage greeters to be "in position by front door" 
  from 20 minutes before the hour until approximately
  3 minutes before meeting start time, Greeters not
  expected to be late for meetings. 

- Encourage greeters to get substitute or let
  coordinator know when they are unable to make
  commitment. 

- Make sure there are at least two Eye Openers
  Greeter name tags available on hook by front
  door bulletin board at all times. 

- Rotate new members into Greeter service position as 
  opportunity presents itself. 

- Turn over Greeting Coordinator service position when 
  replacement found after approximately one year term.
