Service Description:

- Maintain the supply of 24 hour, monthly and annual
  chips given out by Eye Openers.

 - Assure there is an adequate supply of 24 hour chips
   in the basket. These chips are given out at every
   meeting.

 - Assure there is an adequate supply of monthly
   (plastic), 12 month (bronze) and 18 month (bronze)
   chips available each Wednesday.

 - In advance of the last Wednesday or Saturday of the
   month (whichever comes first), assure there is an
   adequate supply of all chips including annual (bronze)
   chips.

 - When 24 hour or monthly chips (i.e. any plastic chips)
   are in need of resupplying, order them from our supplier.

 - When 1 year, 18 month or other yearly chips are in need
   of resupplying, obtain them from central office.

 - Turn in receipts for chips to treasurer to obtain
   payment for chips you purchase, or work with treasurer
   to pay for chips.

 - Track counts, purchases, receipts, etc in the Chip
   Coordinator Notebook, located in the EO storage cabinet.
