* Coffee: Bill proxy for Margaret.  No issues looking for a Thursday replacement person.



 
* Grapevine Rep: Not present. Position open.




* Greeter Coordinator:  Tom Co. Someone interested but not able to attend today.  Tom will continue until replaced.   
 



* GSR:  Boulder will host Winter 2010 assembly in November, 2010.  Internet anonymity big issue.




* Inter-Group: Julie K. voted as new Intergroup rep.



 
* Literature: Bill nothing to report



 
* Night Watch: not present

* Public Information: Brad advised now pamphlets on local buses.  Next will place card holders in local hotels.

* Treasurer: Alice all is well, collections good. $75 promised to cookie exchange (cancelled). Alice suggested just donate it to BGOF.  No vote. 



 
* Web Coordinator: Keith agreed to clean up some old info on website.
