Chris O asked for help from EO to move vhairs during the scheduled carpet cleaning, Sunday July 19th. See new business. He needs help from eyeopeners Sunday after the 9-10AM meeting, and before the Monday 7/20 7AM meeting. On Sunday help clear the big room and the other rooms of chairs, putting the room where central office is.  Then after the carpet drys the next morning, replace the chairs before the meetting. Announce this coordinator position is open. GSR: Dana: (Don Proxy) Things to Take to Your Groups for the Next District Meeting: *Our Next Workshop will be in August. Please attend the Workshop's 1st Committee Meeting this next Tuesday, June 23rd at 7pm, in one of the small rooms of Boulder One. No EO feedback. *Our October/November Workshop will be on Public Information on the Web (instigated by Area PI). No date set down yet as we're focusing on the one in August first. Brad may attend. *Summer 2010 Assembly Bid: If Marcie can find a suitable place that fits in the budget and can accommodate us, we'll put in a bid at this year's Summer Assembly. EO: Sounds good, why not! *Are we interested in putting up Public Service signs in buses in Boulder? At least 25 buses/3 months at a total of $562. PI doesn't want to spend all it's money on one thing. Would the District be willing to put money toward it if there is money for it? EO GC concensus is concern paid advertising conflicts with Tradition 11. *What do you think about PI having 2 co-chairs that rotate out every other year? (we're looking into our history to see if we've done this before) EO GC, mostly PI Rep Brad, suggests if this results in a more consistent PI team, great.
