  • All is well in coffee world.
  • Need people Monday and Friday.
  • Naquel would like to fill Bob’s open position.
  • Bob to get Coffee Job Description to Don

• Grapevine Rep (Pat): No Update
   
• Greeter Coordinator (Tom Co):
  • High show for all days.
  • All is good.
  • Greeter Coordinator position up in August. Tom will canvas for new person.

• GSR (Chris):
  • Tenure up in November. Alternate usually takes position.
  • Report on sign question in Main room. See New Business.
  • Betty gave check for $470 to attend Area Assembly, July in Salida.
  • Goal for GC attendance by service people is 70%.

  • There is a doubt on moving Central Office, too expensive.
  • Keeping Long Timers Sunday Brunch.

  • Funds down, but reserves fine.
  • Term up in July.
  • Two days were not recorded in log, likely put into safe.
    A/I: Chris O. to ask Larry S for EO envelope amounts information from around June 7, 8, 9.

• New Business:
• Nooners wants to change green sign in main room to reflect accurate text.
  • After discussion as to historicity of the sign as is, voted to leave sign and suggest adding a plaque to explain why text as is and show accurate text quotation.
    Motion, "EO GC does not want the green Step sign changed"
    PASSED
  • A/I: Chris and Dana will let Cathy from Nooners know of our vote to NOT change the sign.
  • Suggestion that it be brought to Intergroup or Foundation that NO GROUP may alter the sign unilaterally. Dana will take it to IG, Chris to the Foundation.
•  Eye Openers Picnic
  • Chris proposed a Camp Ground overnight.
    • Consensus was that camping out not comfortable for newcomers or travel restricted.
    • Motion: "EO picnic at Eben G. Fine Park in Boulder on Saturday September (Sept 13)"
      PASSED
• Alternate GSR position open, GSR position up in November.
  • Postponed to next meeting.

• Chris O. to ask Larry S (CO Safe dude) for missing envelope information.

• Chris and Dana will let Cathy from Nooners know of our vote to NOT change the sign.
• Don will contact Stephen about attendance at Group Conscience. 
• Don will research who is responsible for stuffing pamphlet rack in previous minutes, thinks we covered this with Kelly last year.
• Don to remind Naquel that each coffee maker plugs into a separate outlet/breaker circuit.
• Keith to define his Alt-GSR tenure.

• Donna will address toilet repairs with the Foundation.

• Donna will ask about cleaning supplies for the kitchen.

• Secretary to gather/post service position Job Descriptions with tenure dates
• All: insure GC mtg announced every day in week leading up to mtg.
