• EO web site:
• Boulder County Inter-group and Area-10 web site contacts feedback
• Boulder County InterGroup web master Bryan suggested present our desire at IG meeting
• Phil suggested I call Chairman Odie. He asked for an email first, so I sent the attached querey. Odie said he would talk it over with the IG committee rather than require agenda time.
• Area-10 reply was to pursue locally
• Kieth is uncomfortable with formal commitment to EO web site creation.
• Discuss proposed content in new business.

• Continue to gather representative job descriptions to be posted.

• Coffee (Bob): Kieth Proxy
• Coffee supply cabinet lock is broken, supplies are being "borrowed". 
• Donna to discuss this with BOG
• Early morning, possibly non-EO folks are making coffee from unsecured group coffee. 
• Donna to discuss this with BOG
• Cyrus will mention to 5:30 group, along with remonder to start dishwasher.

• GSR (Chris): 
• Area Assembly:
• Bid for 2020 International Assembly.
• Donations to Area are up.
• EO service contacts now getting a GC meeting reminder call/email to promote participation.

• Treasurer (Betty): see attached balance sheet
• Coffee expense a bit higher
• Chris ordered more birthday Grapevines
• Monthly checks mailed

• Literature (Pao): No Update

• Night Watch (Open): Don proxy for Jonathan:
• Jonathan is out of town
• November is covered, no issues performing duties thanks to modern technology :)
• Jonathan still desires formal position, but understands if someone else desires this service position, whatever is best for the Group. Nobody else attending has expressed any interest.
• Jonathan will be at the next GC.

• BOG/Foundation (Donna): 
• Two lights out in back near entrance.
• Donna to ask BOG about the following:
• de-icer materials handy this winter for entrance safety.
• level low spot where ice forms near the picninc tables.
• remove meeting schedule box if InterGroup no longer will stuff it.

• Phone List (Cyrus): 
• All is well
• May need volunteers to clean up stale entries in the list database.

• Childcare (Kathy): see attached balance sheet 
• All is good, funances in the black
• Sitters are present every weekend, but won't be on Thanksgiving.
• Chris has asked BOG to put kids room on more frequent cleaning schedule.
• Bank deposits now on report.

• Inter-Group (Open):  Phil interim
• Phil notified IG of our added Teusday BB and Sunday newcomer formats.
• Odie is not willing to speak on IG at an EO meeting. Phil will do a quick summary of IGR service in a meeting during announcements to escalate recruiting for thid position.
• Don to post IGR description ASAP.

• Public Information (Katy): No Update

• Greeter Coordinator (Tom):  
• 6 of 7 days have two greeters.
• Gave job description to Don
• All agree this is an awesome service!

• Speaker Seeker (Russ):   No Update

Open Positions:

• Night-Watch: Jonathan is interim.
• Inter-Group: Phil is interim.

Old Business:

• Cyrus has ordered dishwasher repair parts and will fix when they arrive. 

• Kieth thinks outside meeting schedule pamphlet box should be filled or removed.
• Donna and Phil to bring this up with BOG and InterGroup.

• Securely mounted daily envelope cash box to prevent hand-off issues?  
• All to ponder/research buying a secure storage cabinet for cash envelopes and coffee supplies. Separate keys for each stash. Discuss more at nect GC meeting.

• Group Inventory questions

• Web Site Content review:
• Adhere to 12 traditions, specifically to anonymity
• Absolutely NO commercial content will be allowed
• Weekly EO meeting schedule/focus
• EO group service position job descriptions and tenure dates
• EO Group Conscience meeting minutes
• Group activity announcements like picninc, raft trip, etc.
