Review last meeting minutes (Don):

- Grapevine Rep (Patrice):
- Both Pat and Rich interested in GV rep position, Co-leads? See Open Positions below.
- Don T from nooners has made the GV shelf sign and will mount it, so Don S is off the hook (Woo Hoo!).

- Coffee (Bob): Keith proxy

- Dishwasher is failing, see New Business below.

- GSR (Chris):
- Inter-Group Rep position is open, add to announcements.
- Chris ordered back issue GVs for EOM birthday handouts

- Treasurer (Betty): see attached balance sheet
- Picnic excess costs covered from quarterly GSO/CO/Rent reserve. This use of funds was discussed and OK'd.

- Literature (Pao):
- Pao is ordering more literature materials, specifically 12x12's
- Do we need to buy BBs for Tuesday 12x12/BB study meetings? See New Business below.
- How do we get literature not in the EO locker
when CO is closed? Requires someone with CO access (Betty) to unlock
and acquire it.

- Night Watch (Ethan):
- Where is Ethan lately? Keith called but phone is disconnected. Don emailed him and will wait for a response.
- BOG/Foundation (Paul): No Update
- Childcare (Kathy):
- Kathy will prepare a finance report for next moth's meeting
- Thanks, and stop announcing extra need for Choldcare funds
- We learned, and will never stop passing the can. Excesses beyond prudent reserve will be applied for general fund use.

- Public Information (Katy): No Update
- Greeter Coordinator (Tom):
- All days greeter volunteers assigned
- 75% show-up rate
- Tom will assign pairs and call to remind greeters

Open Positions:
- BOG/Foundation
Liaison: Donna C volunteered, has 4 years sobriety, experince in
related issues. Vote passed, add to announcements and Cyrus Phone list.
- Grapevine Rep:Pat M volunteered, has 6 years sobriety, reads GV on daily basis. Vote Passed, add to announcements and Cyrus Phone list. Rich to assist as Vice-GV rep.
- Inter-Group position open
Old Business:
- Add BB study to Tuesday 12x12 meetings:
- All feedback has been positive
- Motion to ratify the above PASSED.
New Business:
- BB study to Tuesday 12x12 meetings process discussed:
- Propose to read BB until 7:30 or until natural end point, bookmark endpoint, and discuss.
- WIll this enable enough time in the year? Concensus is yes.
- Do we start BB now, or continue with Tradition 1? Concensus is to start BB now.
- Motion to ratify the above PASSED.
- Add announcement on above and ask folks to bring their BBs on Tuesdays
- Pao to order 10 mid-sized BBs
- Donna will address dishwasher failure with BOG
