Chair: Call meeting to order, 9:15AM
Review Last meeting minutes (Don):

Representative Reports:
- Grapevine Rep (Patrice):
- Pat is interested in taking GV Rep position, but needs to attend GC to be considered.
- Don to take on laminated GV Shelf sign.
- Approved
- Secretary (Don): No Update
- Coffee (Bob): Kieth Proxy, All OK.
- GSR (Chris):
- EO Picnic:
- everything ordered ($300)
- Off-site parking requires insurance rider, EO Insurance agent is contacting property owner.
- Sign in locker room needed.
- Approved
- Literature (Kelly): No Update
- Night Watch (Ethan): All OK.
- BOG/Foundation (Paul): No Update
- Childcare (Kathy): see attached balance sheet
- Reserve used to pay annual insurance premium, which went down this year from $400 to $250.
- Sitter pay ~$200/month
- $200 is the Childcare prudent reserve
- Childcare accounting is handled separately from Treasurers accounting.
- Cathy will do a job description

- Inter-Group (Phil):
- Bridge-the-Gap list, requests include 6 from Harmony, 3 from Women's Jail.
- Officer elections in October: 6 open positions including Chair, Secretary, Treasurer.
- September will ratify budget

Open Positions:
- Greeter Coordinator: Tom voted in, needs a job description
- BOG/Foundation Liaison
- Grapevine Rep:Pat interested, but not present
- Literature Rep: Pao voted in, exception allowed for 10 months of sobriety.
Old Business:
- EO Picnic: (Chris):
- $400 plus can contributions looks to be enough to cover costs
- Chris to get $130 for prizes.
- Prizes to include donated kids stuff and AA approved literature for trivial bowl. Chris also got FOTS message cards.
New Business:
- Update reps on contact list (Cyrus)
- Announce filled positions
- Chris proposed adding BB study of 1st 164 pages to Tuesday 12x12 meeting. Will announce for ratify at next EO GC

A/I: Kieth to ask Bob to announce Kieth's open coffee service position
A/I: Kieth to bring in fliers from District Assembly for AA events up to end-of-year
A/I: Patrice to update the GV Rep Job Description
A/I: Don to put up laminated GV shelf sign.
A/I: Kelly to update the Literature Rep Job Description
A/I: Ethan to make up more NightWatch info packets
A/I: Russ to ask Darrin to write up Coffee Representative job description
A/I: Don and Ethan to discuss posting NightWatch schedule on line
A/I: Don to email service volunteers for Job Descriptions and post on the EO web site
A/I: Don to contact District-23 Web Chair for guidance.
A/I: Don to define specific EO Web content ideas for GC review.
