Representative Reports:
- Grapevine Rep (Patrice):
- Patrice approaching end of service term. Time to start announcing open position.
- Patrice to update job description
- Will post a laminated sign at the new GV literature shelf, "Take One, Leave One".
- GV EO meeting once a month has positive feedback.
- Misc GV info now in EO literature locker.
- Kieth asked if a rep apprentice exists, no.

A/I: Patrice to update the GV Rep Job Description
- Secretary (Don):
- Started research on approved EO web site.
- Post Job Descriptions on Web? Email service position reps for input.
- Coffee (Bob): Kieth Proxy
- Going great, all positions filled, cup runneth over :)
- Kieth's day postion term expiring. Ask Bob to announce opening.
A/I: Kieth to ask Bob to announce Kieth's open coffee service position
- GSR (Chris):
- No-one from EO available to attend Area Assembly.
- Kieth will bring in flyers from District Assembly for AA events up to end-of-year.

- Treasurer (Betty): see attached balance sheet
- Picnic Park location reserved with City. Need to clean up to insure we get $100 deposit back.
- Chris: pass a temporary can for picnic controbutions? See New Business.
- sitter coordinator attend these EO GC
meetings? Not required if that person continues to do the job including
scheduling payment transactions with Betty.

- Volunteer list posted in hallway, announce specific placement.
- EO will provide pre-cooked chicken, paper/plastic supplies, drinks, prozes.
- Need BB Trivia coordinator, Kelly volunteered.
- Prizes: ask for donated AA-approved literature, kids toys for
prizes. Chris will add announcement and coordinate prozes. Dollar store
and/or Serenity Store if needed.
- Budget: Chris proposed a $400 budget:
