• Grapevine Rep (Patrice):
• GV would not send 50 birthday issues, so 50 assorted issues on there way. Patrice will have these ready for EOM Birthday hand out.
• Shelf awaiting approval from BOG (see old business below).
• circulating newcomer contact list in GV issue during meetings. Concerns about lacking EO newcomer welcome.
• Suggests GV signup be uncluded with daily EO meeting desk materials, stored in EO locker.

• GSR (Chris): 
• Hispanic conference needs promotion. Chris will post notice on EO bulletin board
• Read GS Area review of last years accomplishments.

• Treasurer (Betty): see attached balance sheet
• Confusing to balance the books when payments made from the basket/envelopes. If possible, get a check from Betty to pay bills.

• Night Watch (Ethan):
• Going well, a few schedule holes.

• Inter-Group (Phil):   No Update
  

• BOG/Foundation (Paul):
• Paul's term is up.

• Pail is concerned abou BOG no recent meeting, and no email from Charles (BOG lead).
• GV shelf status: do we need BOG or other approval as not conference approved material. Group all agrees it is netter to put it up without official approval. Best to mount it in the back next to existing materials rack.
• Vendors should be contacted to move vending machines, as too heavy for us to move safely.

Open Positions:

• Coffee Coordinator:
• Bob is the right person, but can't attend until after summer Farmer's MArket obligation over. Kieth could proxy for GC meetings.
• Vote to make Bob interim coffee coordinator until his FM obligation is up: PASSED

• Friday Speaker Seeker:
• Russ voluteers: he has two years sobrietary and is excited to help in this role.
• Vote for Russ: PASSED

Old Business:

• Don and Paul to mount GV material rack in back next to existing rack.

A/I: Paul to coordinate move vending machines into back room and/or swap with coffee table
    - Paul will ask vendors to do this

A/I: Paul to post paper towel racks for quick cleanup (recycled paper towels)
A/I: Paul to mount GV rack behind deskA/I: Patrice to order 50 birthday GV editions for handout to EOM (Wed & Sat) birthday chip recipients.
    - Paul and Don to do this on 6/10
A/I: Russ to ask Darrin to write up Coffee Representative job description
A/I: Don to contact District-23 Web Chair for guidance.
A/I: Don to define specific EO Web content ideas for GC review.

New Business:

• Chris: Change BOG position to include B1 Foundation Rep, which meets 2nd Tuesday of each month. Vote: PASSED

• Kris E to step down from Greeter Coordinator position. Do we keep this position? Resounding YES!

• Chris: EO Summer Picnic? 
• Yes, but money tight from SOL expenditure. Better in August after reserve builds up a bit.
• Need to get volunteers to coordinate

• Change EO GC meetings to 2nd Saturday of each month?
• Vote: PASSED

• Remove Night Watch position open 
• BOG position open
• Bob is interim coffee coordinator, remove as open posisiton status
• Russ is new Speaker Seeker
• add "Greeter Coordinator" Open Positions
• add "EO Picnic Organizers Needed"
• add "EO GC meetings to 2nd Saturday of each month"
