Open Positions:
New Business:
- Chris: after
significant research, Spice of Life Event Center (SOL) at Flatiron Golf
Course is suggested as temporary EO meeting place during re-flooring
clouse of Boulder One. $100/day includes coffee.
- Discussion:
- Chris: at most
5 days, so $500 reserve required. Coffee reserve may be a good source
for this reserve. Separate meeting can be announced to discuss
this.
- Cyrus: wait until the re-flooring plan is clear before too much commitment.
- Betty: today we pay $10/day for coffee, and $40/day for rent
- Phil: less expensive alternatives? Downtown Baptist Church available some mornings, very cheap
- Chris: Baptist Church has parking issues. SOL is close and available on short notice.
- Phil & Cyrus: EO decision is autonomous from other B1 groups
- Keith: beneficial to raise awareness. Announce SOL intent a few times.
- Motion to reserve SOL for EO meetings durting re-flooring:
Motion tabled until next Conscience meeting.
Action Items:
- Chris to email foundation to post security company phone number in case of lock-out.
- Chris to suggest to BGOF tile or concrete paint/seal as cost effective install/cleaning re-flooring solutions
- Chris asked Phil to ask Odie to contact Bruce E or Sheila P to discuss IGR on the foundation board
